What Notary Public Will Require From You

As you prepare for the notarization service that is ahead of you, you need to understand what you would also need to have at hand for you to be able to make progress. You need to understand that there are certain forms that you will require to provide to help with the process. You will first of all need to have a valid photo ID card. This has to be certified to be valid for the process.

The other important feature of the ID photo card that you have to note is that they must be current in the sense that they should not be more that 5 years old. Then next form you would need is a valid Driving License. All these are in the bid to get your identification so that the Notary Public can witness the same.

If you do not have any of the above, you would still need to have a valid US passport to prove your identity. If you have a military Photo ID, it would still do. If you still do not have any of the above mentioned identification documents or forms, you may still use your foreign passport and this has to be stamped by the US IN.

Without the required identification, notarization may not be possible and so it is important that you check on their availability before you can proceed with your Notary Signing prospects. There should be one of the above forms.
